A gentle truth

If reading feels harder than it should…

It's rarely a lack of discipline.

It's the pace everything else demands.

It's the noise around quiet things.

You're not broken.

The pace around you is.

Where Pagio started

23

books — in 9 months

previously 2–3 a year

I didn't start Pagio because I wanted to build a startup. I started it because I couldn't slow down.

I love reading. I also play piano. In both cases, I often stop — not because it's hard, but because my brain reaches for the familiar reward.

Physical books don't tell you how often you show up. I needed something that would. So I built it, quietly, on a weekend while my child slept.

Not because I tried harder. Because I could finally see what was already happening.

Your own rhythm starts to take shape.

The curve shows when you read the most — not to improve it, but to notice what works. Rhythm isn't performance. Just presence.

One month in

You see how you read. The whole month.

Which week was quiet. When a book really grabbed you. How many books you were reading in parallel. Pagio doesn't judge — it just shows what happened.

One year in

Everything you've been through is there on the shelf.

Library book, gift, e-book — all of it stays. In a year, 24 books can add up. You arrange it. The shelf is yours, and no one else sees it.

Pagio isn't trying to keep your attention. It just helps you notice you're already reading.

While you read

Everything worth keeping, right where you left off.

Notes

Type a thought or speak it — tied to the page, searchable, yours.

Marks

Seven types. Key thought, quote, discovery, question, and more. One tap.

Weekly digest

A short recap of your reading week, written in your own rhythm.

Reflection

When you finish a book: not a rating. A few quiet questions.
